The Spa Journey Itinerary
There is no mandatory rule on where to start your journey in Jao Ruan Spa. However, the specialist recommends you begin with a basic health check, such as weight and blood pressure, to evaluate the proper duration to bathe in hot springs. The time spent in each hot spring, between one minute and up to 30 minutes, varies on the health condition of each person.
After the basic health check you can decide where to get started; hydro therapy, hot spring bathing, or massage. Please spare 30 minutes for hot spring bathing and another 45 – 90 minutes for massage. You can also choose bathing or massage individually.
